Day 2. Woke up at
10.30am something and I was feeling so mad at myself for not waking up early to
exercise. Sometimes I really admired those people who can wake up without an
alarm clock. I just can’t. I need it desperately but
stupidly I still couldn’t wake up on the next morning that I want to. Lol so
sad. But all of these were excuses, I need to get rid of it and wake myself up
in the morning.
As I said, I knew I
can make it through my first battle night. Feel so proud of myself for not
giving up. It was really tough but I guess I’ve managed it pretty good to avoid
my hungriness while sleeping. Hehe :D So right now, stage 2. It’s 8.24pm, another perfect time for dinner
so yeah I’m starving again. Ate a homemade salad as lunch today, super yummy
and full but can’t stay long and I FEEL SO HUNGRY RIGHT NOW lol
Talking about physical
changing, my skin still look exactly the same like yesterday. It only on day 2
so don’t stress it up girl just keep on going until you make it~
Well I think it is
just a matter of time. I just need to stop thinking about food and win this
