NO DINNER CHALLENGE DAY 6&7 (LATE UPDATE)

I felt terrible for my blog because of my arrogant, ignorant attitude lol. Not intend to skip the update of day 6 and day 7 just I was busy with my life. Anyway I had accomplished my one week challenge, and the due date was already long gone yet now I only want to update the last two days of challenge hahaha but don’t worry I still can remember everything because I had written it on my diary.

On day 6, I woke up late and missed my breakfast. I skipped my breakfast because I got a facial appointment on 11am and I woke up on 10am something. So I decided to skip it as I got no time to eat my breakfast or else I’m gonna be late for my appointment. Feel so torturing every time I went to my facial appointment as I need to endure the pain for like 2 hours of cleaning my pores that is full of blackheads. L  After done my facial, bro bought me an economic rice as my lunch. I don’t like my lunch on that day tbh, not that it taste awful just it was too much for me to swallow it all. Well, I hate food waste so I ate all of it in the end. As for nighttime, I felt headache again and I don’t understand why. The pain was so intense until my mom bring me a hot chocolate and by miracle the headache gone after I drank the hot chocolate. Lol. I come to realize that sugar is really important in our life. As long we don’t over consumed, sugar is cool too.  So day 6 is not really success because I drank a hot chocolate at night !!!!  As for my skin on day 6, it doesn’t really change much compared to day 5. Blemishes were still there, pores were still large and some pimples on my chins. Yup. That’s all for day 6.

Day 7 is kind of torture for me as it was our family day.  Of course I was so proud of myself that I didn’t eat dinner nor I don’t feel any dizziness on that night. It was great but skin condition is still look exactly the same like day 6 hahahahaha

Overall I learnt a lot on this one week challenge. I guess patience is the key for the success. Although my skin is not heal completely but I did lost some weight. So am I going to do it again? Definitely, but I won’t skip my dinner this time as long I eat my dinner before 6pm. Of course I do suspect that my headache was caused by skipping dinner yet at the same time I also feel that I didn’t consumed enough of sugar. But I doubt it as some people manage to quit sugar for years lol

Anyway, for me, no dinner challenge was great but I am pretty sure it is not suitable for everyone to take it as different people has different body condition.

As long you are happy with your meal why would you skip it? Hahahaha. Have a great day everyone.
